This little glass cup, if intact, would have looked perfectly appropriate as an example of art-nouveau glasswork at the Salon des Antiquires or the museum of the Nancy School. But this one is truly antique: it's Gallo-Roman, nearly 2,000 years old, and displayed in the Gallo-Roman collections of the Museums of Metz.
